Abstract: | Realizing that the stronger development of digital transformation affects businesses in many fields, especially the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, the team conducted a study on this topic to determine the impacts of today's digital transformation to the sustainable development of businesses through three aspects: economic, social, and environmental. The argument transfers platforms include Cloud computing, Social computing, Mobile computing, Big data, Data Science & business analytics, and Internet of Things. A total of 18 hypotheses were raised. Research results have eliminated 4 hypotheses and accepted 14 hypotheses. The results show that there are 5 digital transformation platforms that affect the economy and the environment: Cloud computing, Social computing, Mobile computing, Big data and Internet of Things. 4 argument transfer platforms impacting society include Cloud computing, Mobile computing, Big data and Internet of Things. This research paper helps businesses have an overview of the strong or weak impact of these platforms on their business operations, thereby offering investment strategies to focus on the platform. in line with the goals, FMCG businesses want to achieve. |
