dc.description.abstract | In the cycle of development and innovation, when human living needs increase, an essential requirement is improving labor productivity. For that reason, alternative tools for human activities began to appear. “Artificial intelligence” and applications from this field have been contributing useful values to human life. Interest in AI is no longer just for technology lovers, but its potential and opportunities have attracted and deeply influenced many aspects of social life, including education. Many AI tools supporting education have appeared and the highlight that cannot be ignored is "ChatGPT". The boom from this tool has raised a lot of excitement and concern among learners and educational organizations. Therefore, this study focuses mainly on clarifying learner’s perceptions and the impact on their learning performance when using the ChatGPT tool, which is essential for development. of an educational organization, closely related to other areas of society. The research was conducted with 355 survey samples, using the non-probability convenience sampling method through social networking channels such as Facebook, Zalo, Instagram... Results were obtained under verification using SPSS and Smart PLS software. | en_US |
