dc.description.abstract | In recent years, remarkable advances from AI technologies have had a profound impact on many fields, including education and research. A similar AI technology product mentioned in this article is ChatGPT, a powerful large language model developed by OpenAI. This technology gives users realistic and interesting experiences through personalized feedback from the system, creating interactive conversations that make users feel like they are interacting with a real human being. In addition, for university students, ChatGPT may not be exactly what students depend on for knowledge, but it is also a tool for them to develop skills such as searching, synthesizing, selective,... helpful for future study and work. The author's research goal is to identify factors that affect students' decision to continue using ChatGPT as well as provide ChatGPT developers with unstable factors of the product, in order to fix and increase user satisfaction. To provide data for the research article, a survey of 300 people with 251 valid questionnaires, including students in Ho Chi Minh City, was conducted to collect opinions about Experience yourself using ChatGPT.
