dc.description.abstract | The study's overall goal is to clarify Factors affecting Gen Z workers' decision to quit their jobs at businesses - in Ho Chi Minh City. From there, provide management implications for each factor that the author has built in the proposed research model. To achieve the goal of the research, the author used two research methods: qualitative research method and quantitative research method. The author has collected 312 valid answer sheets to serve the purpose of data processing and producing research results. The author used SPSS 20.0 software to analyze the results and produced the following results: Descriptive statistics, Reliability test (Cronbach's Alpha), exploratory factor analysis (EFA), analysis Pearson correlation and linear regression analysis. Finally, the author's regression model still retains 5 factors that influence Gen Z workers' decision to quit their jobs, with the factor having the greatest impact being the Justice factor with (β = 0.255) and The lowest factor is Leadership Support (β = 0.184). | en_US |
