The rapid evolution of financial technology (fintech) has revolutionized the landscape of financial services, presenting both opportunities and challenges in the volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) era. This study aims to investigate the degree of influence exerted by perception and capability factors on customers' decisions to adopt fintech solutions within this dynamic environment. Through a comprehensive examination of various perception factors, such as perceived usefulness, ease of use, and trust, alongside capability factors encompassing financial literacy and facilitating conditions. This research endeavors to provide insights into the intricate determinants driving fintech adoption behaviors. Leveraging a quantitative research approach, data will be collected from a diverse sample of customers to analyze the relationships between perception, capability, and fintech adoption decisions. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to the understanding of customer behavior in the VUCA era, offering valuable implications for financial institutions and fintech companies seeking to enhance their strategies for fostering fintech adoption amidst evolving market conditions.en_US
