Corporate social responsibility (CSR) has become increasingly important in recent years as the world moves towards a sustainable economy and consumers, investors, and other stakeholders become more aware of social impact as well as the company's environment. Corporate social responsibility (CSR) has many benefits for both businesses and society in general. Companies that engage in corporate social responsibility (CSR) can build a positive reputation, organizational prestige, and improve employee morale. This study aims to analyze the impact of a corporate implementation of social responsibility (CSR) on the intention to pursue a job of economics students when looking for jobs in Ho Chi Minh City. This relationship is tested by examining the mediating role of organizational prestige (OP), person-organization fit (P - O fit), and anticipated organizational support (AOS). In addition, to test the impact of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on job pursuit intention (JPI), the study also examines the impact of these intermediary factors on organizational attractiveness (OA) to applicants. The study results show that corporate social responsibility (CSR) positively impacts candidates' job pursuit intention through intermediary factors. Besides the theoretical contributions in discovering the mechanisms of the factors mentioned above, this research also helps economics students to evaluate an organization more accurately, increasing their chances of finding a job that suits themself. This study holds significant importance for managers and recruiters in their efforts to draw in applicants who align more closely with the company's values and objectives, which in turn, enhances the organization's financial growth and boosts its overall efficiency.en_US
