dc.description.abstractThis study investigates how ambidextrous leadership promotes employee innovation via their ambidexterity behavior. Based on data gathered from 208 employees, the results show that ambidextrous leadership had a significant impact on employee exploratory and exploitative behaviors, and subsequently leading to employee innovation. Finally, some suggestions have been made to help to encourage ambidextrous leadership behaviors to increase the quality of work as well as the company's performance when faced with numerous highly competitive challenges.en_US
