dc.description.abstract | Communication is a necessity of every person. Besides, group and community activities also exist and develop in parallel with human activities. The primary purpose of this research is to find out whether team climate and authentic leadership have an impact on the attitude and behavior of sharing knowledge. The study uses two main research methods, qualitative and quantitative, to conduct data analysis. The data used to carry out this study is from a survey of 350 university students in Ho Chi Minh City through the GG form. This may affect the variety and certainty of our estimate. However, this study is based on a proliferation of empirical research. Therefore, we could understand deeply the effect of the team environment and the qualities of leaders on knowledge sharing in general. We found that both team climate and authentic leadership have a positive effect on knowledge-sharing behavior but in different methods, one is direct while the other is not. However, the article still has some limitations on the scope of the study and the small number of samples collected. Therefore, it is not possible to analyze and evaluate on a large scale and with a large number of students. This is also a suggestion for future research. | en_US |
