dc.description.abstract | After the revisions, the mission of the labour law and the law on commune insurancealways creates favorable conditions for employers and employees to fulfill theirobligations and inherent rights fully. In which, ensuring equality and creatingworkingopportunities for all workers is the most noticeable thing in today's society. Inparallelwith the issue of female workers generating income for themselves andtheiremployers, motherhood is also the highest sacred right of female workers. Theroleofa woman's motherhood is a separate function, irreplaceable in any way, nomatter howmodern science develops. Therefore, ensuring that women fulfill their social rolesandfunctions requires the protection of the right to motherhood for female workers. labourand social insurance laws have detailed aspects of female labour protectionandthebenefits female workers enjoy. But in practice, the exercise of universal protectionofthe noble, sacred motherhood of female workers is still flawed. The topic examinesthedomestic legal system to show the knots needing removal.
