The aim of this study is to explore the relationship between work from home, work stress due to COVID-19, job satisfaction, and employee performance in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, the moderating role of technology has been examined. Data were collected by sending an online questionnaire to 252 employees who had experience working from home in Ho Chi Minh City. The results from the partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis using SmartPLS 3.3.3 software indicated that working from home and job satisfaction during the COVID-19 pandemic had a positive impact on employee performance. In contrast, work stress due to COVID-19 had a negative impact on employee performance. Furthermore, the analysis results showed that technology also moderated the relationship between working from home and employee performance. Finally, the study recommends policies to adjust and promote working from home programs to enhance employee performance in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.en_US
